Shipping policy

Most orders are made to order and processed in 3–7 business days, then shipped or are ready for local pickup within 1 business day.  Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible.  If you need an order by a specific date or rushed, please email us at granvillegoodsoh@gmail.com to discuss before ordering (order and shipping times are estimates; some larger orders or complex custom orders may take longer to process).  Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, your order includes shipping insurance — just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
