Two ways to wear your logo:

• Embroidery — Thread stitched directly into the hat for a clean, professional, long-lasting finish. The gold standard for branded headwear.
• Laser Engraved Leather Patch — Real cognac leather patch permanently bonded to the front panel. Precision laser-engraved for a rugged, upscale look that stands out. Choose from circle, rectangle, hexagon, or outline shape.

How it works:

1. Select your hat design type (Embroidery or Laser Engraved Patch) and hat color
2. Upload your logo as a high-res transparent PNG or DST embroidery file
3. We review your file and reach out to confirm all details before production
4. Your hats are crafted and shipped to your door

Digitizing fee: A one-time $25 setup fee applies for orders of 1–4 hats. Order 5 or more hats — or supply your own DST file — and the fee is waived entirely. Once your logo is digitized (embroidery), we store it on file for future standard hat and left-chest shirt embroidery orders at no additional charge.
